Position: Make Ready Location: Brownwood, TX Job Id: 1021 # of Openings: 1 Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents, completing basic work orders, maintaining pools, and ensuring the property grounds remain clean and presentable.
