Software Engineering Manager

Overview The Solutions and Engineering Manager leads Scrum teams while actively participating in software development. This role focuses on Agile best practices, cloud adoption, and delivering high-quality solutions. The Manager collaborates with stakeholders, mentors engineers, and supports the development of scalable, business-aligned software within an Azure or on-prem environment. Responsibilities Scrum Team Leadership and Collaboration Agile Development and Execution Hands-On Development and Code Contribution Azure Development and Cloud Transition People Management and Development Process Improvement and Risk Management Requirements 5+ years of Microsoft Software Development experience - Specifically .NET Hands-on experience 2+ years of leadership/mentorship of a software engineering team Agile Experience Experience with Azure Cloud Pluses Experience working in a regulated environment Experience in cloud development projects Compensation Compensation: Up to $149,000 per year annual salary with an annual bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
