Summary Expert Client Advisor for Fine Jewelry responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving in-store jewelry sales. Works closely with store management to support trainings, new launches and overall business development. Responsibilities Serve as the in-store go-to expert for fine jewelry and product knowledge. Drive the fine jewelry business in-store and manage a personal portfolio of clients. Lead product trainings and support new collection launches. Coach and mentor team members through morning briefings, trainings and one-on-one sessions. Observe selling interactions, provide feedback, and help introduce the category into the sales ceremony. Communicate relevant business information and corporate strategy to the sales team. Requirements Proven sales experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail. Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Outstanding product knowledge in the jewelry category and ability to develop client relationships.
