Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

RN – ICU

Schedule: Shift: 7p-7a

Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• 1 year of Critical Care experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS/ENPC
• Familiarity with ICU drips/sedation
• Comfortable in critical care situations
• EMR: Cerner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Compliance / Notes:

• Weekend work required
• Potential to float to Med-Surg as needed
• Some schedules may include block scheduling with three shifts in a row
• No first-time travelers accepted
• ASAP start required
