Home-Based Geriatric Occupational Therapist — Restore Independence
Elders
Center for Elders' Independence (CEI) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide restorative and rehabilitative services within the HCBA Waiver Program, under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Supervisor. The role focuses on helping Medi-Cal beneficiaries maintain independence at home or in the community through tailored plans of care.
