Aspire Child & Family Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructional Assistant to join our team in the Doylestown, PA area.

As an Instructional Assistant, you will work directly with students to support their educational and developmental needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction and student learning
• Assist students with academic tasks and activities
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred

• Ability to pass background clearances
