The Construction Framer plays a crucial role in shaping the structural framework of residential and commercial buildings. This role involves assembling floors, walls, and roofs with precision, working as part of a large construction team across multiple sites. The ideal candidate embraces safety standards and is eager to grow their skills and advance within the company.
Responsibilities
- Frame floors, walls, and roofs for various building types
- Perform general labor duties to support construction activities
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations on site
- Operate hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Collaborate as an active member of a large construction team
- Travel occasionally to multiple construction sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in construction framing or carpentry
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and layout measurements
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong physical stamina and attention to detail
