Accounts Receivable Administrator

The Accounts Receivable will work with a team to review completed work tickets, produce client invoices, and support other team members in various departments as workloads fluctuate primarily for the twin city region.

Requirements

• Responsible for accounts payable tasks at the branch level.
• Reviews work tickets in Aspire for accuracy.
• Creates monthly installment invoices based on client contracts.
• Creates invoices for additional and per time services.
• Apply client payments as needed.
• Reviews aging weekly and follow up with past due balances.
• Provides superior customer service while responding to client billing questions.
• Enter invoices into client portals as required.
• Answer incoming calls and provide superior customer service.
• Cross trains in all areas of administration to assist where needed.
• Other duties as required or requested.
• 1 year of Accounting, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience
• General understanding of General Ledger expense accounts
• Outstanding math, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Efficient and accurate data entry
• Detail-oriented and superior problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and across departments
