NOW HIRING: General Labor
1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Some Fridays Required
JOB SUMMARYHalpin Staffing is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join the team as Headerman Helpers. These positions are ideal for people who enjoy hands-on work, want to learn a trade, and are interested in developing the skills needed to become a Headerman.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Assist with headerman machine operations and production activities.
- Handle materials and lift up to 35 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
- Help maintain an efficient workflow and keep the work area organized.
- Learn machine operations and develop the skills needed to advance into a Headerman role.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds continuously.
- Ability to read micrometers and calipers is a plus.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
- Some Fridays may be required.
