Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Union City, CA (Onsite) Position Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range: $85,000-$100,000 Per Year Description The role is based in Union City, CA, and requires onsite presence. This full-time position involves developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to boost brand awareness and generate sales leads in a B2B setting. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics. Run advertising campaigns on digital platforms and traditional media. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, visual and messaging that align with brand guidelines. Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to maximize reach and engagement. Manage advertising budgets and provide regular, in-depth reports to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or related field. Proven expertise with digital and traditional advertising platforms. Experience with email marketing in a B2B sales environment.
