You’ll work two days each week, collaborating with educators and families to nurture student well-being and promote a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas license as a School Psychologist or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Experience supporting school-aged children and adolescents
• Strong understanding of developmental, emotional, and behavioral health in educational settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and deliver reports tailored for educational planning
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and support for students
• Develop and implement intervention strategies addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and student plans
• Assist staff and families by sharing expertise on mental health and best practices for student success
• Maintain ethical, confidential documentation and stay current with state and educational guidelines
