REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Product Quality Tester in Winston-Salem Your key responsibilities will include: ‘

• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accurate sampling, testing, and documentation of results.
• Operate and maintain quality testing equipment (e.g., pH meter, Brabender) and perform routine calibrations.
• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams and promptly report out-of-spec results or non-conformances.
• Prepare, handle, and test samples precisely while recording data according to specifications.
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including training, reporting, and EHS participation.

What are we looking for?

• Apply strong mathematical and analytical skills to monitor, validate, and interpret testing data.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to identify issues, determine root causes, and support improvements.
• Demonstrate flexibility, willingness to learn, and ability to perform varied tasks, including different shifts and overtime.
• Utilize computer systems proficiently (Microsoft Office, Excel, MES, Pilgrim) for data entry, analysis, and record keeping.
• Maintain attention to detail, clear communication, and accurate data transfer while ensuring thorough follow-through on tasks.
