Our organization is in search of a qualified BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to become part of our established Heart Failure Program located in Billings, Montana. This program is part of the region's largest independent healthcare system , serving the states of Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas.

• Multidisciplinary Cardiogenic Shock Team - Candidates should be skilled in transplants, LVADs, and temporary mechanical circulatory support, including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo, and ECMO

• Experience in performing right heart catheterizations and RV biopsies, as well as knowledge in CardioMEMS, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is advantageous

• Recognized for delivering high-quality, comprehensive heart failure care and advanced heart failure therapies

• AHA GWTG Gold Plus and Target HF award recipient

• ACC HF Accredited program with outpatient designation

• Provide care for a diverse range of heart failure patients both in inpatient settings and high-volume outpatient clinics

• Lead specialized outpatient clinics focusing on LVADs and transplants, cardiomyopathies including HOCM, amyloidosis, rare cardiac diseases, and pulmonary hypertension

• Visa candidates are welcome - Proven success in obtaining waivers
