Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments and participate in diagnosis, planning, intervention, and coordination of care for obstetric and gynecologic patients and their families.
- Monitor maternal status and fetal wellbeing, interpret relevant findings, and escalate changes to the obstetrics/gynecology team as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout care.
- Provide education to patients and families on care plans, medications, postpartum care, and discharge instructions.
- Document care in the electronic medical record with accuracy, privacy, and compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with antenatal, gynecologic procedure units, and prenatal care teams to support a broad OB/GYN service line.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification
- AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate
- ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient OB/GYN experience
- Preferred: Women's Health telephone triage experience; L&D experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume OB/GYN care setting in Boston
