This part‑time role offers a fast‑paced, supportive environment where you'll make a meaningful impact on the health and well‑being of our community.Position Highlights:Schedule: Position Highlights: Schedule: 2x12‑hour shifts/week (variable), open M–F 8a‑8pWeekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekendCall Requirement: 2 days every 4 weeks (as needed)Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + shift differential Support: Thrive AP program enrollment, strong teamwork, and excellent support staff Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (accredited program) Licensure: Current/unrestricted NP license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain) Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Nurse Practitioner inUrgent Care or Primary Care in a fast‑paced setting; confident in treating acute illnesses/injuries (e.g., URIs, lacerations, sprains, fractures) Join a mission‑driven team committed to accessible, high‑quality care.
