Apply today.WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Sr. Commercial Finance Data & Analytics Associate leads performance management and reporting across the commercial vehicle and equipment finance lifecycle, including Credit, Funding, and Servicing to support on-going strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with business and IT teams to define key performance metrics, deliver executive and ad hoc reporting, and generate actionable insights that enable operational oversight and informed decision-making. Additionally, this role supports resource planning and process improvements through data analysis, reporting enhancements, and testing support, while ensuring data integrity, performance visibility, and ongoing operational efficiency.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTLead performance management reporting across all Commercial Finance Operations (Credit, Funding, and Servicing) including Performance Review materials, executive level dashboards and reporting, and recurring management reports. Define, monitor, and ensure consistency and integrity of key performance indicators across functions. Partner cross-functionally to align reporting with business priorities.Analyze trends, variances, and performance drivers across the account lifecycle, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Conduct in-depth data, root cause, and other ad-hoc analyses to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Support annual business planning and forecasting through staff capacity planning and operational expense management. Support Division and Department strategic initiative planning and reporting.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEMinimum 4–6 years of experience in financial services, auto finance, or a related analytics, performance management, or reporting role.Experience supporting performance reporting, management dashboards, or analytical reporting in a regulated or operational environment.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience required.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, validate, and interpret data for performance and ad‑hoc reporting purposes.Ability to develop and maintain reports with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive‑ready presentationsExperience using SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis preferred.Experience using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights for non‑technical audiences.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple reporting requests and priorities concurrently.WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEAt HCA, our people drive our success.
