Seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to join our team as Director of Maintenance at Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing. As a vital member of our operations team, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and systems, ensuring seamless operations.

• Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and tasks, prioritizing prompt and efficient resolution.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards, upholding the highest level of excellence.

• Monitor and report on maintenance activities, providing transparency and accountability.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in nursing home maintenance and life safety, with a proven track record of success.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands.
