Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize telehealth technology to conduct individual counseling sessions, providing therapy tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Assess mental health conditions, diagnose disorders, and develop structured, evidence-based treatment plans to address unique challenges.

• Implement therapeutic interventions that promote coping strategies and resilience, guiding clients through adjustments in their lives, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily serve adults facing a variety of mental health issues. Our clients may experience acute and chronic stressors, including personal trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base compensation, a sign-on bonus may be available to qualified candidates.
