Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team that prioritizes excellence in patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, ensuring clear and compassionate explanations
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to achieve high-quality diagnostic output
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions swiftly
• Correctly document procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
