Many positions are metro-accessible and close to great dining and entertainment!ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain bank account documentationReconcile bank account to general ledgerForecast cash flow and work closely with finance teams to improve cash flow accuracyResponsible for monthly close process for multiple customers, including preparation of journal entries, allocations, account reconciliations, and variance analysisPrepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages and supporting documentsResponsible for preparing the financial submissions of all state, federal, and authorizer financial reporting requirementsResearch accounting issues and provide technical guidance for accounting transactionsSupport customer relationships and professional communications with internal departments, external departments, and external auditorsParticipate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assignedOther duties as assignedQualifications/Background ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field1+ years of general accounting experienceKnowledge of and proficiency in a large ERP such as Oracle, SAP or PeoplesoftAdvanced skills in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of US GAAPExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail, organized, and thoroughAbility to identify, analyze and resolve accounting and system issuesThis job is In-Person.
