Production Supervisor

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at their facility in Sacramento, CA location.**Pay Rate: **60k-65k**Shift: **1st shiftResponsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targetsLead, train, and support production employees to ensure productivity and performance goals are achievedMonitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safetyEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety proceduresTroubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentationMonitor staffing levels, attendance, and employee performanceSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesQualifications:High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systemsAbility to troubleshoot operational and personnel issues effectivelyxperience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practicesFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reportingExperience managing KPIs, productivity, and labor performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
