SAP Integration Analyst – RMA & EDI Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of an automated Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, with a strong emphasis on EDI integration . This role is ideal for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration , proven expertise in EDI standards (IDoc/X12/EDIFACT), and a solid background in driving Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation projects in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements related to RMA and returns, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Credit Memos.
• Design and manage EDI interfaces for both inbound and outbound sales, shipping, and credit transactions using IDoc, X12, and EDIFACT standards.
• Collaborate with the SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) team to define functional specifications for IDoc-EDI mappings, transformation logic, and error handling.
• Create and execute integration test plans and UAT scripts , driving issue resolution and ensuring business sign-off.
• Write functional specifications for ABAP enhancements including custom reports, IDoc extensions, and business validation logic.
• Lead cutover activities and provide hyper-care support post go-live, ensuring seamless adoption of RMA automation processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of RMA workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and end-to-end RMA process design.
• Hands-on experience with EDI standards including IDoc, X12, and EDIFACT .
• Familiarity with SAP CPI or other middleware tools for integration.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives .
• Solid understanding of SAP testing (integration, UAT), cutover planning , and post-deployment support.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
