SAP Integration Analyst - RMA & EDI Specialist SAP Integration Analyst - RMA & EDI Specialist SAP Integration Analyst – RMA & EDI Specialist We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of an automated Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, with a strong emphasis on EDI integration . This role is ideal for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration , proven expertise in EDI standards (IDoc/X12/EDIFACT), and a solid background in driving Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation projects in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document detailed business requirements related to RMA and returns, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Credit Memos. Design and manage EDI interfaces for both inbound and outbound sales, shipping, and credit transactions using IDoc, X12, and EDIFACT standards. Collaborate with the SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) team to define functional specifications for IDoc-EDI mappings, transformation logic, and error handling. Create and execute integration test plans and UAT scripts , driving issue resolution and ensuring business sign-off. Write functional specifications for ABAP enhancements including custom reports, IDoc extensions, and business validation logic. Lead cutover activities and provide hyper-care support post go-live, ensuring seamless adoption of RMA automation processes. Monitor and optimize the performance of RMA workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements: Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and end-to-end RMA process design. Hands-on experience with EDI standards including IDoc, X12, and EDIFACT . Familiarity with SAP CPI or other middleware tools for integration. Proven ability to drive large-scale Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives . Solid understanding of SAP testing (integration, UAT), cutover planning , and post-deployment support. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
