What You'll Do * Support providers during patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow * Record vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions * Document patient information in the EMR accurately and efficiently * Assist with scheduling, calls, and patient message triage * Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for use What We're Looking For * Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred) * 2+ years of clinical experience ( orthopedic experience a plus ) * Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena a plus) and routine clinical procedures * CMA or RMA certification preferred * Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Schedule * Monday to Friday, daytime hours * No nights, weekends, or major holidays Benefits * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) * 401(k) with employer contribution * Health, dental, and vision insurance * HSA & FSA options * Paid time off & paid holidays * Life and disability insurance * Tuition reimbursement & professional development opportunities * Employee assistance program * Free on-site parking Be part of a team where your role truly supports patient care and recovery.
