Paid Vacation and Sick time: two weeks (available after 90 days).Paid Holidays: 6 days annually. Additional Incentives: Performance-based spiffs.What You'll DoLead and manage residential plumbing projects from start to finishInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipmentOversee and mentor apprentice plumbers-developing their skills and confidenceEnsure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codesDiagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutionsMaintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer serviceCommunicate job progress and any issues clearly with managementWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean, insurable recordWA, Journeyman Plumbing License. ID license for the future.Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProven leadership and team management abilityExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
