Responsible for daily set-up and breakdown for lounge operations, including preparation of food and beverages during the morning breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal period services at the Voyager 47 Club lounge. Assists with ordering and monitoring of food & beverage inventories, to include all necessary equipment and supplies to running a smooth operations. 4 keys to be practiced on all guest interactions.
