Compassionate Resident Care Advocate

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate physical and psychosocial care to residents. You will work under the shift supervisor and Wellness Director, assisting with daily living activities, safety, and ongoing communication with the care team.

Candidates should be able to lift 40 pounds, maintain professionalism, and follow strict infection control procedures. Prior Assisted Living experience is a plus, with background checks and drug testing completed
