Crew members must be outgoing and engaging with customers and be able to work as a team with all other employees. Shift Leader – $12 to $14 per hour Lead and direct crew for entire shift Experts at all store positions, especially rolling. Able to run store without oversight Guide and help train new employees Responsible for the cleanliness and overall presentation of the store. Count the drawer and close. Crewmember 2 – $10 to $12 per hour Extensive in-store or other relevant experience. Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the store.
