Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Elementary | Southwest Fairfield County | 2026-2027 School Year Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week | W2 with Full Benefits | Local or Travel Contract
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a CT licensed BCBA to support an Elementary caseload with a school district near Stamford, CT in Southwest Fairfield County for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced school-based clinician who values collaboration, structured support, and the ability to make a measurable impact on students' social-emotional and behavioral development.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) – School Based – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide school-based behavioral support and ABA interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collect, analyze, and track behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
- Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and BACB standards
- Support positive behavioral interventions and crisis prevention strategies
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) via BACB
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Prior school-based experience required
