College Coordinator / Program Support Specialists

We are a non-profit agency that provides services to individuals that are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. We are seeking a college coordinator / pogram support specialist to coordinate our client's education needs and assist with program and projects. Duties Coordinate and build relationships with agencies, businesses, and individuals as required to support our client's education needs Communicate with staff and clients using American Sign Language Facilitate outside resources as directed Maintain records and documentation on all coordination activities Support directors and other staff as needed Assist with managing projects as assigned by director General reception and clerical duties as needed Qualifications Proficient in American Sign Language Energetic individual who is a self-starter, proactive, and goal-oriented Ability to handle multiple activities under a continuous deadline Associate's degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills for communicating on the phone and working with the public Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong professional writing and grammar skills Support experience in a non-profit, professional services, sales or marketing environment This is an entry-level position, 20 - 30 hours a week during normal business hours.
