Veterinarian (DVM) | $135K–$175K + Production Bonus | Savannah, TX

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $135,000–$175,000 (DOE)

Competitive 23%+ production bonus with no negative accrual

$4,000+ annual CE allowance

Work-Life Balance Matters

✔ Typical full-time schedule consists of 4 x 10-hour shifts per week

✔ Hospital hours:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotational)

• Sunday: Closed

Who We're Looking For

✔ DVM/VMD degree or equivalent

✔ Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas

✔ Passion for compassionate, Fear Free veterinary care

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
