Supply Chain is a vital part of the hospital; the department works together to ensure the needs of our patients, visitors, and staff are met in a timely, courteous manner. This includes working closely with clinical teams to provide medical supplies as needed in a timely manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manages inventory at expert levels with the use of modern technologies including but not limited to bar code scanners, Warehouse Management Systems, and automation.
• Maintains system identified inventory levels of supplies for delivery by rotating and reviewing expiration dates.
• Handles product so that department cycle count metrics are achieved.
• Physical receipt and inspection of incoming orders. Validates order type, quantity, and condition against ERP purchase order, as needed.
• Supports leadership to manage inventory and achieve department KPIs as required.
• Ability to work in multiple locations including but not limited to warehouse and hospital locations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school or equivalent required.
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of high level inventory management skills and systems experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Various warehouse equipment uses including but not limited to - forklift, pickers, reach lifts, electric jacks.
• Have or obtain med card to drive box truck with palletized cargo.

Regular standard hours per week: 40. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours). Shift details: First shift with rotating day and evenings, including rotating weekends and holidays.
