Litigation Paralegal

The Direct Hire Division of Consilio LLC is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to identify a Litigation Paralegal for its Houston, Texas office. This hybrid position requires three days per week in the office and offers the opportunity to support a sophisticated litigation practice in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize case files and litigation databases to ensure efficient access to documents and information.

• Track case milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and project status across active matters.

• Support all phases of discovery, including document review, fact gathering, document production, deposition preparation, and witness interviews.

• Conduct factual and legal research to support attorney work product.

• Perform cite-checking, proofreading, and quality control reviews.

• Coordinate court and agency filings.

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties as directed by attorneys.

• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.

• Support trial preparation through case management, trial notebooks, calendars, and exhibit organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Trial preparation and/or trial attendance experience strongly preferred.

• Energy litigation experience is a plus.

Workload Expectations

• Annual billable requirement: 1,450 billable hours

Salary: $80,000- $125,000 DOE
