Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health

Cleveland, Strongsville, and surrounding areas
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Southwest General Home Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team. Enjoy the autonomy of providing one-on-one patient care while helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and maintain independence in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications
• Current Ohio PTA license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
• Home health experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

What You'll Do
• Deliver skilled therapy services in patients' homes
• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and safety
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
