Transportation Manager

Position Location: Terre Haute, IN Division: Supply Chain Solutions Schedule: Monday–Friday 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. Salary: $67,000 – $71,000 per year (Exempt, paid twice per month). Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations within the assigned function. Lead direct reports to achieve daily operational goals. Manage customer service satisfaction and expectation management. Oversee staffing performance and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees. Plan and schedule daily operations. Ensure health and safety management and compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Provide off‑shift support during critical network disruptions or crises. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Work effectively with international functional teams. Apply high‑level analytical skills to complex problems. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Advanced knowledge of logistics industry, customer/company regulations, supply chain components, manufacturing, and production. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. At least two years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field. Minimum one year of direct supervisory/leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office required.
