Responsibilities: Assist passengers with ticketing, reservations, and travel inquiries at the terminal Provide accurate information regarding schedules, routes, fares, and policies Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using point-of-sale systems Coordinate with boarding and operations staff to ensure on-time departures Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area Assist passengers with special needs, baggage questions and general travel support Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or stressful situations Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale or ticketing systems Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Bilingual candidates are a plus About Us: Greyhound Lines, now part of the Flix family, has been connecting communities and moving passengers across North America for over a century.
