Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 16:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1+ years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have Skills/Experience: C-Section experience is needed. Description: Onboarding requirements include a background check clearance that includes criminal and child abuse checks. All background checks must be fully cleared prior to the start of employment. Mandatory reporter certification for both child and adult is required. A drug test is required, and it must be a 10-panel screening including opiates. Titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB must be up to date within the last 12 months. Start dates will be flexible, allowing either Monday or Tuesday starts. The facility provides a wide range of health services including emergency medicine, critical care services, and specialty services. The nursing unit averages 30-35 cases per week and utilizes equipment such as the DaVinci X Robot. Floating is minimal and typically limited to linen services or medical/surgical units as a sitter after training. The patient population includes a variety of age groups. Candidates with robotic experience will be preferred. Overall, the focus is on providing high-quality, individualized care for patients.
