Position Overview The office supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office staff. Job Duties & Responsibilities Supervising administrative staff, including office clerks Managing paperwork filing and imaging Overseeing office employees’ hours and time cards, intervening with and resolving personnel issues Ensuring proper communication between a terminal and the CSR team Required Skills Proficient with Microsoft 365 Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Customer service–oriented approach Work Environment / Physical Demands This position operates in an office environment or remotely and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed. The noise level is typical of an office. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions and is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
