Second Shift Production SupervisorLocation: Broken Arrow, OK Pay: Approximately $35/hour, DOE Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM; Friday, 4:00 PM–1:30 AM; Saturdays as needed, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM Status: Full-Time | Hourly | Overtime RequiredAbundant Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Second Shift Production Supervisor for a well-established manufacturing company in Broken Arrow, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, or a similar industrial production environment. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shop-floor operations, lead production employees, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure production goals and schedules are met.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide daily direction to welders, fabricators, painters, and general production personnelAssign work, adjust priorities, and ensure production schedules are completed accurately and on timeLead pre-shift meetings and promote a strong safety-first cultureMonitor production performance, including output, scrap, rework, and labor utilizationTrain and cross-train employees to improve team flexibility and performanceCoach employees, provide performance feedback, and maintain accountabilityWork closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to address production issues and reduce downtimeSupport equipment reliability, inventory accuracy, and proper scrap proceduresIdentify and resolve shop-floor problems using root-cause analysisSupport Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental proceduresQualifications5+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, or a related industrial environment2+ years of supervisory, lead, or team-lead experienceStrong understanding of manufacturing safety, production, and quality processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentationStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to make decisions and maintain production priorities in a fast-paced shop environmentMust be comfortable working directly on the production floor and leading employees hands-onMust be able to work required second-shift hours and overtimePreferred ExperienceASME pressure vessel, HVAC equipment, or heavy metal fabrication experienceLean manufacturing and/or 5S experienceForklift or powered industrial truck experienceERP system experienceMicrosoft Excel experienceQualified candidates are encouraged to apply or email a resume: Abundant Solutions Office: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io
