Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients within a 25-bed critical access hospital. This position includes working in various units such as Med/Surg, Orthopedics, and Cardiac Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
