About the Role:

Epix Interiors LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Field Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is your opportunity to lead crews, deliver exceptional interior finishes, and play a key role in bringing projects to life from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for interior construction and finishing projects
• Supervise, coordinate, and direct subcontractors and crew members on job sites
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship
• Communicate project updates, issues, and milestones to project managers and stakeholders
• Manage material deliveries, equipment, and on-site resources efficiently
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays or rework

Requirements:

• 3+ years of field management or superintendent experience in interior construction or finish work
• Strong knowledge of interior systems including drywall, paint, flooring, and millwork
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
