- Full Time Schedules
- Some weekends may be required
- 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
- Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
- M-F 830am-5pm
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as specimen collection, injections, wound care, and medication administration as permitted by state regulations.
- Schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care instructions.
- Ensure examination rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, and facility policies.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Medical Assistant .
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ).
