$54,000 - $120,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and listen attentively to their service needs, ensuring a personalized and efficient experience.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle's condition, recommended services, and estimated costs, building trust and transparency.
• Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records, ensuring all customer interactions and vehicle services are documented for future reference.
• Proactively follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and service techniques to provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, to ensure a welcoming and personalized experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, building trust and transparency with customers about their vehicle's condition and service needs.
• Proven track record of coordinating with technicians to deliver timely and accurate service, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed and accurate service records for future reference.
• Ability to proactively follow up with customers post-service, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any additional needs or concerns.
• Experience collaborating with sales and parts departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and service techniques to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
