Head of Operations - Multi-Omics (US)

Hartmann Young are partnered with a disruptive MultiOmics company at the forefront of Single Cell technology. We are seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee and optimise end-to-end business operations within a growing, regulated environment. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, supporting business growth, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective delivery across the organisation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support business objectives, growth plans, and product expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational activities with commercial, financial, and strategic priorities.
• Build, lead, and develop teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of high performance.
• Monitor operational performance, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting on risks, opportunities, and key business metric

Requirements:

• 10+yrs in operations with a minimum 5yrs in leaders.
• hip.Proven leadership experience within operations, ideally gained in a regulated manufacturing, life sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes including production, supply chain, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within growing organisations.
• Track record of supporting business growth, process development, and the successful introduction or scaling of new products or services.
• Ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments and balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
