We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow

Verify patient information, insurance, and collect payments

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical office or optical setting preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
