A Level II trauma center in the Madison, Wisconsin area needs urology call coverage starting January 2027 and running through the first weekend of June. The core of it is weekends: Friday at noon through Monday at 7am. Weekday shifts come up as well and vary. This is hospital coverage only, no clinic and no OR block to manage. Volume runs one to five cases per call shift, adults 18 and over. You need to be comfortable with stent placement, ureteroscopy, stone treatment and removal, and general urology surgery as cases come in. Epic. Pay is $2,808 per 24-hour call day. Night call shifts pay $2,808 per day equivalent at $2,160 per shift, and callback runs $351 an hour. Travel is covered. Wisconsin is an IMLC member state, so if you hold a letter of qualification the licensing route is short.
