Full Time Craft Workers Ft. Lauderdale, FL, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1568 Salary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly Key Responsibilities Operate boom truck crane to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials such as light gauge steel trusses, walls, and floors at construction sites Perform pre‑operational inspection and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting Operate crane smoothly to prevent excessive grapple swings, eliminate cable jerking, and reduce wear on electrical and mechanical parts Perform timely and complete crane inspections each shift Record and log inspection data, such as cable cuts and service length of cables, to identify recurring problems Complete required lubrication of all grease points on the cranes and grapples Operate other equipment including, but not limited to, industrial forklifts, man lifts, skid steer type loaders, and other mobile equipment Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education High School Diploma or GED preferred.
