What You'll Do Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial. Develop case strategy and work directly with clients throughout their case. Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Work closely with an experienced legal team committed to delivering outstanding client service. What We're Looking For Texas licensed attorney in good standing. 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred. Strong legal writing and courtroom skills. Excellent judgment and negotiation abilities. Someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with clients, and genuinely enjoys helping people through difficult situations.
