Patient Care Associate

Site: The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation Job Summary Working under the direction of licensed personnel, assists patients with activities of daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating, and assists with vitals. Patient care required: Yes Perform vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy and within established time frame. Complete all documentation in the medical record as required. Interact with patients and their families effectively. Assist with basic hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Help patients turn and reposition themselves in bed and move between bed and wheelchair if needed. Listen to any health concerns patients may have and report them to the nurses.
