Qualifications Required: 2+ years of sales experience Ability to access attics, small crawl spaces, and roofs as needed High proficiency with technology and digital tools Strong communication skills with the ability to educate homeowners on new systems and their benefits Valid driver's license Desired: Experience with in-home sales and running a 10-step sales process Experience with digital CRM dispatching Knowledge about the financing process Ability to perform accurate system load calculations Responsibilities You will work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility on weekends and evenings as required. You will work directly with homeowners to design custom HVAC systems, recommend upgrades, and sell additional services. You will conduct in-home inspections to identify hot/cold spots, evaluate temperature, air quality, and energy-efficiency needs, and educate homeowners on system benefits, duct cleaning, humidifiers, UV lights, advanced filtration, and tax incentives. You will negotiate deals and help customers make informed decisions. Competitive base wage with commission opportunities, earning potential $85,000 - $200,000+ per year.
