Lutheran Social Services seeks a compassionate Therapist to provide outpatient counseling within our Community & Social Services programs. In this mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy to diverse clients. The Therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, coordinates community referrals, maintains timely clinical documentation, and participates in supervision and professional development. This position offers the opportunity to advance social justice while supporting the emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being of individuals and families.
